in Hanoi, South Trung Yen new urban area, Me Tri Ha new urban area projects.
- Rehabilitate office of the National Assembly-35 Ngo Quyen., Dong Loi hotel.
- Construct Thanh Cong semi-boarding primary school, sport teaching
college-Ministry of Education and Training, Trade Union University, etc.
Moreover,
the company has taking part in construction numerous of buildings in other
provinces and cities for instance, hospital in Dien Bien-Lai Chau,
Transportation Control Center in Thai Nguyen city, Binh Minh hotel No II in Ha
Long city, etc.
Hanoi Construction and Investment No 2 even executed several buildings in
overseas such as Phon-ni market in Vien Chan province of The Lao People’s
Democratic Republic and housing multistory buildings of Xophia city in
Bulgaria.

Furthermore,
the company also keeps launching some projects as:
House for
the low-income project in Cau Dien area with 02 buildings are B3&B4. This
project makes political sense with the purpose to create housing fund for poor
population of the city.
It is starting project “Den Dam-Bac Ninh Tourism and Culture” with the land of
50 hectare. The project is carried on in Bac Ninh province - in Bac Bo delta
areas. It is well-known as one of the Vietnam cultural cradles preserving
valuable cultural material and immaterial comprised cultural historical places,
traditional trade village, folk festivals and love duets making a peculiar of
Kinh Bac area reputed with the times in nationwide. The implementation of
project in Tu Son-Bac Ninh meets the demand of tourism development orientation
presently because it is a ecological tourism area, stable tourism area,
humanity tourism area with a view to developing cultural historical values,
people tradition and environmental protection.
The
project is under the period of investment preparation. It has an intention of
exploiting and using this project in quarter IV in 2006.
